The NOCU is a self-contained, mobile processing unit designed for a biotech client who produce mycorrhizal fungi pellets to boost natural woodland regeneration and forestry.

The system incorporates an integrated ISO 5 (Grade A) environment for controlled inoculation of sterilised pellets.

The system includes interlocked material transfer between the external environment and ISO 5 processing zone; automated pellet handling and presentation; controlled inoculum delivery; product bagging, and operator interface with batch monitoring capability.
