Upgrading your Line
Many different improvements can be made to upgrade your line. We summarise the broad upgrade types that we offer below.
Material Upgrade
By replacing existing infrastructure with high-specification materials, such as premium 316 grade stainless steel, we help your business ensure total food safety or strict pharmaceutical compliance.
Prevention Systems
We can integrate new elements to your line to prevent errors from occurring, for example shaping a part or its slot with a single off-centre notch so it physically cannot be loaded incorrectly.
Detection Systems
High-speed cameras that scan every finished part, instantly flagging and removing an item from the conveyor belt if a critical dimension is wrong.
Air-flow
We will upgrade existing airflow set up, for example by fitting existing assembly stations with HEPA-filtered laminar airflow to reduce airborne contamination without requiring a full cleanroom.
Full Process Upgrade
We can re-work your processes, introducing error prevention & detection, and ensure that your new set up is as efficient as possible; designing out any problem areas.
Energy Consumption
